Ephemeral Springs

I often wonder if Second Life romance isn't sometimes a bit like romances between actors that start during filming and end shortly after. There's a power in the pretending. It can be intoxicating, heady stuff before it evaporates. The word "ephemeral" springs to mind. So do a couple others. Not to take away from Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward or their Second Life counterparts, but I think the swoon-and-swap style of romance is much more common in Second Life. It's very seductive.
