This question was asked (in long form) in the Adult section of the official Second Life forum.
Are there blogs reviewing Second Life adult products and places?
I don't know yet if there is a one-stop niche shop, but I did ask the OP if she'd seen any of these sites:

Friendship
I think friendship comes naturally, some might say "organically."
I think a person telling other people that they have no friends as a way of obtaining friends is not a part of that natural process of friendship.
Some people may not be aware of that possible viewpoint, some may be aware of it, but lack the impulse control to prevent themselves from saying and using it anyway. Some may be looking for someone just like them. Maybe two people announcing that they have no friends have enough common ground to become friends. I don't know. That's outside my range of experience.
